Ouch!

I was doing my daily morning yoga stretches when suddenly something POPPED!!! Ouch!

This is Pancake demonstrating the Downward Dog that caused the Pop.

My back has been acting funny for a long time but I just figured it was Age and Life. Sigh..
Well, it probably IS Age but I think it's also something else.

So I have consulted the Experts.
The Experts
And as I wait for my insurance to authorize some tests!!!!! Augh!!
 I am taking my Medicine.

And Knitting a Sweater

And Painting my Toenails

And reading A LOT.
These September Issues are INSANE!!
VOGUE. Are you KIDDING ME??!!!!

But on the UP SIDE!
I have been nominated for two more Liebster Awards.
And the other from Melanie of Bag and a Beret.
MERCI BEAUCOUP YOU TWO. The Northwest RULES! I am feeling the Lieb.
And I will fulfill my Liebster duties very soon. I promise.

 to be continued.....

  1. Congratulations on your Liebster nominations. It is well deserved. I hope you will be ok. Don't you just love reading the over 900 pages of September issue of Vogue? I'm just inspired reading it and looking at the Fashion spreads and the Ads. Enjoy the rest of your magazines. I could go broke just buying those magazines!

    1. Well, from a magazine point of view I really did pick the right month to be stuck at home!

  2. Oh dear, Now its my turn to wish you better. I'm a bit horrified that you have to wait in pain for your insurance to allow you to have tests. I hope you can get it sorted soon.

Wow, what a pile of magazines - it was probably lifting that Vogue that put your back out!!

Thanks for liking my new bees. My daughter drew them and was delighted when i read out your message. She was impressed with Pancake too.

Hope you can get your back sorted soon.

  3. I love your brand of medicine!! But you must be cured IMMEDIATELY! I hope you get in for the tests quickly. It's probably a sprained whatchamacallit or pulled somethingorother. My prescription in the meantime is to follow the same treatment regimen you are on.

Good thing the poochie didn't pop his back too. ;)

Ohhhh Magazines!!! I love reading them but at a time I spent too much $$ on them so I stopped spending money on magazines and started buying more vintage stuff. *LOL*

    Love your polish color!
